RENTING INFORMATION
All bookings are made on a first come, first served
basis. Your booking will be reserved for seven (7) days,
during which time you must complete a rental contract
and return it with a deposit. If the contract and
deposit have not been received in seven days, the
booking is cancelled. No rental agreement is complete
until the deposit is received and cashed by 1755787
Ontario In.. The balance with security deposit is due 30 days before the
rental period begins. If you are booking from
overseas, wire transfers have an additional $15.00
charge. Once we receive payment in full, we will
disclose directions and additional information about the
rental property (usually two weeks prior to your arrival
date).
Payment is by credit card online or by paypal.
A $35.00 service charge will be levied against payments
returned by the bank due to insufficient funds or
payments not cleared.

- A nominal cleaning fee and taxes are charged on all
rentals.
- Pets are OK with owners permission ($5 / Day, $25 /week).
- All security/damage deposits are returned within 10 days of
departure unless damage is evident.
- All rentals must be fully paid (including all security
deposits) at least 30 days in advance of the reservation date.
Security Deposit
1755787 Ontario In. Inc. collects a security deposit .to ensure compliance with the
Terms and Conditions of the Rental Agreement. The security deposit is
held for 5-8 days, or where applicable, until phone
bills/pay per view bills have cleared. All or part of
the security deposit may be used for any breakage or
damage, long distance or pay per view charges or for any
incidents of non-compliance with the rental contract
(which may include cleaning costs, and the cost of any
repairs).
